Richard Ronay received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Maryland Bar and the Federal Bar for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Ronay began his career in the Office of the Public Defender for Anne Arundel County where he gained valuable experience in the area of criminal defense. He subsequently entered private practice and has over 20 years of experience providing quality, personalized legal representation and advice to individuals and businesses in Southern Maryland. He has worked closely with business clients on matters including: - choice and maintenance of business structure - business operations - stockholder and partnership agreements - contract negotiation and drafting - employee relations - sale of business - dispute resolution In addition to handling criminal cases and representing business clients, Mr. Ronay has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including: - land use and development - riparian rights - waterfront community homeowners associations - community water access / boundary and right-of-way disputes Mr. Ronay also provides considerable expertise in the area of estate plannng, probate and estate administration. |
